A flat $50 payment reserves your session and is deducted from your final price. For a consultation, the same payment covers the 30-minute video call and holds your slot. Need to move your date? Give at least 48 hours notice and your payment carries over once. Payments expire after 6 months and are forfeited on no-shows or late changes. Design changes last-minute may need a new appointment.

Custom projects start with a $50 consultation + booking — one payment for a 30-minute video call that also reserves your session and comes off the final price. We talk placement, size, style, budget and timeline. If you’re booking flash or a simple piece, you can book straight in. Custom artwork is revealed on the day of your appointment — minor tweaks are welcome in the chair, and larger changes may need a new session.

One touch-up is free within 3 months of your session for linework or saturation issues. Touch-ups after that, or changes to the agreed design, are quoted separately.

18+ with valid government ID, always. No minors and no exceptions. Groups are welcome — up to 3 people, and each person books and deposits separately. If you share one design, one consultation covers the group.

Tell us about skin conditions, allergies, blood thinners, pregnancy or previous reactions in the booking form. Single-use needles are opened in front of you and every station is sanitised between clients. If a procedure isn't right for your skin, we'll tell you plainly.

Consultations happen over video worldwide. Tattoo, piercing and removal sessions are guest-spot appointments arranged by city — we confirm the nearest location and travel details after your deposit. No walk-in studio address.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling and losing your deposit. Your details are used only to manage your booking and are never sold. Reference photos are shared publicly only with your explicit consent.

For anything custom, large or a cover-up, yes — the $50 video consultation is where we plan properly, and it comes off your session. If you're booking flash, a simple piece, or we've already discussed your design by email, you can book straight in.

The calendar opens 90 days ahead. Consultations can often happen within 24 hours. Larger custom work needs drawing time so it books further out, while flash and smaller pieces can sometimes move faster.

Absolutely. Times display in your timezone, consultations happen by video and guest-spot sessions are arranged around your travel. We host clients from the US, UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australia.
